Leif Ekström has a wide experience of leading positions in different industries since 1966 having worked previously for Kone, Schauman, Repola, Amer, Schat Watercraft and Landesbank Kiel. Mr Ekström's focus is on engineering, paper & pulp, privatization issues and restructuring of companies.

Patrik Hertsberg has since 1988 been working within the finance industry. At his latest employer Svenska Handelsbanken Ab (publ), he was EVP and responsible for the group’s Asset Management division. He has also a long experience from various positions in the Nordic equity market. Mr Hertsberg focuses on financial services, institutional investors, Private Equity and M&A.

Mikael Planting has an extensive experience since 1978 in different financial institutions working previously in Union Bank of Finland and EuroNordic Corporate Finance Finland. Mr Planting's focus is on private equity finance, corporate finance services and international banking.

Christian Ramm-Schmidt has a broad experience of leading positions in different industrial companies since 1970 having worked previously for Rank Xerox, Servi Systems, Fazer, Baltic Beverages Holding.
Mr Ramm-Schmidt focuses on food industry and Russian and former CIS markets.

Janne Simelius has a broad experience of leading positions in different industrial companies since 1969 having worked previously for Jaakko Pöyry, Nokia, Metsä-Serla, Amer, AO Svetogorsk (Tetra Laval Russia) and Stromsdal. Mr Simelius focuses on pulp and paper industry, energy and Russian markets.
